Why I Swapped the Olympus E-M5 Mark II for the E-M1 Mark II for Video

In this latest video, I check in after catching up on work projects and explain a major gear decision: swapping my Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II for the E-M1 Mark II for my YouTube videos.

While the E-M5 Mark II excelled at photos, its reliance on contrast-detect autofocus proved unreliable for video, often focusing on the background instead of the subject. The upgrade to the E-M1 Mark II was necessary because it provides superior hybrid autofocus (phase and contrast detect), giving me the to record myself, along with the added benefit of native 4K video.
