In her January Exemplar column for the Washington Independent Review of Books, poet and playwright Grace Cavalieri listed books with brief reviews for categories that included “Best Prose,” “Best Translation,” “Best Anthology,” “Best Chapbooks” and “Best Literary Journal.”
